I have returned my sky q boxes after changing to sky glass and the package was received over a week ago, why does my account still show that I haven't sent them?

Returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed. Hopefully you've kept your proof of posting. Are Sky chasing you for the return?

Okay, if Sky contact you telling you you haven't returned the equipment or they are going to charge you non return fees pop another post on this thread and we can get you some help from the Messaging Team.
