    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3873868"&gt;@SGALL&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; been having the same problem since january this year sky didnt seemed to be able to fix it told me it was a paramount plus problem went to them they said it was a sky problem tried everything both parties suggested nothing worked , i kept pestering them both and now they both ignore my emails get no reply, ive tried contacting them several times since january but have given up. hopefully one of the tech team experts sees this and can help both of us as i refuse to pay a subscription for something we should get because we have sky cinema. i will let you know if i find a solution but i dont hold out much hope.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot view Paramount plus since upgrading to Sky Q. I have sky cinema and the sky and paramount accounts are linked but it just says there is no active subscription and I am going round in circles. Sky support say they cannot help and Paramount say it's a sky issue. Any advice is welcome please! Thank you!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
