      <title>Sky Q box fault</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a SKy Q Box and have had it for a number of years. I believe it's faulty now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried everything suggested re setting etc then works okay for a day or two then it disconnects it's self from the mini boxes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also says it's recording all day long, but it's not recording anything. It makes a awful noise at times. How can I get a replacement. I have been with sky for 19 years and have the full package and struggle to believe they can't just replace the box. Any advise of who to talk to etc as I only get a automated response when I try and talk to them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
