Hi,

my sky was fitted yesterday & the engineer read through my packages - sky kids was part of it and I know I choose that. But it's not working?

@SkyeHG26 what are you seeing on screen when you try to watch any of the kids channels bearing in mind that unless you chose the HD subscription you will only get the SD kids channels
