Hello you have sent me a new sky q box which I have received but when I gave the old one to the delivery driver I forgot to take my viewing card out

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

As an aside - we are primarily just other customers here rather than SKY themselves - although the team that I have escaleted your post to are SKY.
