Cannot get onto recording gs. Just says please wait. Have tried rebooting and turning off and left off overnight. Still the same

If you have tried a repowering of your main Sky Q box and still have recording issues. might be worth doing a hard drive reset as described n the second link below, after first reading the more general recording problems page in the first link below;;
