Problem with Disney plus

Good morning, my Disney plus isn't working and showing 073 error

i have spoken to Disney direct and they have tried to resolve the issue but unfortunately they couldn't

we have done all

of the following

reset apps, refresh apps 001

switched and unplugged everything

it looks like the issue is with my up address

I haven't been able to access the app on my tv and they have said I need sky to resolve it
