    <description>&lt;P&gt;You cannot reset the network settings unless you are connected to a network - it will not give you the option in the menu - I have connected to another hotspot and reset the defaut settings - this looks to be a router issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had exactly the same issue and have worked this through as far as I can go now (network and electroic product engineer) - something appears to have changed or failed for many people at similar times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you carrying out the following procedure?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network. &lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.&lt;BR /&gt;On Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have 2 minutes after carrying out the Network to press WPS button on the router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a fix for this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log in to your hubs GUI ( 192.168.0.1 )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enter user name&amp;nbsp; ( admin )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enter password ( same as your hub password )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the WiFi Tab, look down to Security Options Change to the fourth option&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Save&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The connect Sky Q box with WPS &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have tried this process several times with no success - the router is in the same room as the Sky Q box so there shouldn't be any need for a booster. Very frustrating as this should be such a simple process with up to date and expensive technology.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, this worked for me too. The WPS was just resetting my network name and password to default and the only way I could connect Q box was by the "other provider" options.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This resolved about three hours of &lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7" color="#999999"&gt;[removed]&lt;/FONT&gt; signal and no sky q.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;this fixed it in 10 secs!!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7" color="#999999"&gt;Moderator Actions: Removed inappropriate languge&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
