Hi @PS18785

Have you tried to switch the mini box on by pressing the Standby button on the front right of the box (the Amber led).

If this brings the mini on

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

The old box says there is a problem so switch every thing off but to no avail

When watching a recording programme..it just freezing and it doesn't fast forward
