      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of 31 days so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3236837"&gt;@Dingleannie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of the cancellation period, [14 days for Broadband hub and 31 days for Sky Q box(es)], to the address that the subscription was registered at. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note:~ &lt;/STRONG&gt;If you’ve switched from Sky Q to Sky Glass the packaging is usually sent out after 31 days in case you change your mind about Glass. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you haven’t anything suitable contact Sky again and see if they’ll re-send.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't find proof of posting - at least I haven't yet. &amp;nbsp;We moved hence sending it back and we have been unpacking and lost sight of slip. &amp;nbsp;Then Sky sent the box to send it all back which has made me realise I should check it out. &amp;nbsp;It's all been a bit crazy moving away and we thought we'd sort it ahead of the move but it might have been easier bringing the old box with us!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
