Parental settings

I keep selecting *none* on parental settings however I have to put my pin in every time to watch my crime programs? Fed up having to do this. Any ideas how to solve this?

hi @DIANNE666

When SKY Atlantic & other channels show certain material before the relevant 'watershed' it will always be present & you cannot turn it off

Although I think you may have already done so, do check that all the relevant options in Parental Controls are appropriately set but as I say you may need it for some

Our advice is set the PIN to something like 1111 to help enter it when needed
