&lt;P&gt;(As my signature at the bottom of my post states I don't offer help via PM). As stated this is probably a message from your TV. Doing a search at the top of the Sky Q board and inserting 'not programmed' provides quite a few similar posts where the same advice has been given.&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Not programmed&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; is a message from your TV's Freeview Tuner.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
