Remote not working

I have now had a new remote sent out and it keeps disconnecting from sky Q box now on phone to sky , I have had to do a software update , so this takes around 15 - 20 minutes so will come back and let you know if it is working

Hi @Mi-Mi-123

If you still have issues try try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Well so far so good software update has worked, they should of done this in the beginning so as I still good have had TV.

Despite replacing the batteries, the remote control unit won't allow a manual reset and new LED lights seem to be showing
