    <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I watch Netflix it gets to 20% then stops - we have to switch on &amp;amp; off again for every programme. I've done an apps refresh &amp;amp; I've checked the software version which is all up to date! The other day whilst watching &amp;nbsp;ITVX it just kept throwing me out half way through a programme- I'm going round in circles with the Bot help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Regarding Netflix try reloading this on your Q box .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To do this Open Netflix on your Q box and go to the left hand Menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and then scroll right and select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Get help.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the next screen there is the option to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reload Netflix. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Try this.&lt;/P&gt;
