The when I turned to TNT Sport (previously BT Sport), I had no service. As you do, I called BT and explained my predicament. They sent me a Ptp-link, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Sky Q is not an issue as I can view all channels; but when it comes to my mini-box states that I no satellite signal.
