I have subscribed to a mini box for a tv upstairs a week ago. No mini box arrived. Anyone know how long this normally takes?

Hi @Gary1967234

Are you sure that you haven't just Subscribed to Q Multiscreen ? This is the monthly subscription to use mini boxes and tablets etc.

Unless you make it clear when you order Q Multiscreen it doesn't necessarily come with a mini. These are supplied on loan for a one off upfront cost. You can try negotiating with Sky as the first mini may be supplied at no cost.
