&lt;P&gt;Even though your TV sound works when not using SKY, please may I suggest that you try a power down restart of your TV (i.e. switch off at mains or unplug)&amp;nbsp; - Several&amp;nbsp; people reporting loss of sound have found that doing this has restored sound.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Of course it may not, but worth a try&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
