Skyway box problem

Hi. I'm having trouble with the pictures on my tvs which keeps breaking up. I've just had a guy from the aerial company & he's tested the signal which is ok. He said it's the Sky's box fault. Can you send an engineer as soon as possible. Thank you

@SueBadger Your post and title are a bit confusing, You have posted Sky way box? Not sure what that is.

Which box setup do you have? Do you use a communal dish or your own dish?

You also can't request an engineer through a public forum.
