&lt;P&gt;Assume this is your main Q box/&lt;BR /&gt;Have you carried out a Network reset.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network. &lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.&lt;BR /&gt;If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.&lt;BR /&gt;if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a visit from sky engineer who said it is a 3 problem, as 3 did an update and not compatible with Sky box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seemingly 'boffins' working on a fix. I have had this problem now for 8 days and still not fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got support from an engineer over the phone had to do a master reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They talked me through the process step by step. I suggest calling. This is a known problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has been fine ever since.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;FWIW - I would suggest to anyone having any issue with WiFi and their Sky Q box to purchase something like&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.amazon.co.uk/RE220-Universal-Extender-Broadband-Indicator/dp/B07ZWBBPQN/ref=sr_1_4?crid=1MR13B5W0GEZO&amp;amp;keywords=wifi+extender+booster&amp;amp;qid=1703266717&amp;amp;sprefix=wifi+e%2Caps%2C95&amp;amp;sr=8-4" target="_self"&gt;WiFi Universal Extender&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;. With this you can to connect your Sky Q box to the Universal Externder using the ethernet connection of the Sky Q box and then have the Iniversal Extender&amp;nbsp; join your home WiFi network. You then go to the Network setup menu on the Sky Q box and change its network connection from WiFi to ethernet (you need to be in Expert mode, which is covered in other posts here).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will completely do away with any WiFi issues on the Sky Q box, as it will use ethernet to connect to the internet istead of WiFi. The WiFI module of the Sky Q box is notoriously flaky and troublesome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
