&lt;P&gt;Home &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Setup &amp;gt; Network on the mini box&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;You should&amp;nbsp; be asked to press the WPS button on the nearest piece of Sky Q equipment so main box router or another mini the WPS will automatically start flashing on the mini box you are resetting the network on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, my multiroom box keeps pausing like it's downloading content.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;This happens regardless if I'm watching live tv, or a recorded program.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It doesn't happen if watching Netflix or Amazon video though, so internet must be ok?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;then&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;reboot your mini box&lt;/P&gt;</description>
