When we use voice commands on SkyQ they register bout don’t work

The command appears at the top of the screen e.g. "BBC News" but nothing happens. Eventually the command is replaced with sorry didn't get that. Then pressing the button again executes the command and it switches to BBC News

Try a reboot of your box first. This often clears out such gremlins.
