I'm trying to watch the new Christmas channel 'Christmas 24' but it's saying we don't subscribe to this channel although it says it's free online, can you please advise?

It works for me. What is your TV subscription? (Do you have HD pack?)

Christmas 24 isn't HD so should be available to anyone with the basic Sky Signature subscription.

Ok, that would exclude anyone with 'Essentials'.
