One of our 3 mini boxes is not working.

it is stuck on a blue screen that says press the central dot bottom on the remote to connect to wifi but it won't recognise any remote, we have tried the usual remote and all others and also changed batteries and still nothing just stuck on the same screen.

Hi @JC22

Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the mini remote until it's led flashes 4 times.

This will put the remote into infrared mode which will then let you control the mini but you need to make sure that you point it directly at the mini .

This will let you press the central select button (or any other button).

When you get the Mini up and running

Try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote again
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
