My mini sky box is not connecting

Hi I callled a few weeks back and spoke to a man who helped me reboot my sky mini box

but it's not working again and not connecting to the sky q box

this has been going on for about 5 weeks now and if I don't get it sorted then I will cancel the mini box

how long will I have to wait to get it sorted ??
