Fast forward and delay issues

For the last week or so my Sky Q is have issues with delays selecting programmes, deleting watched programmes, fast forwarding and rewinding! It's really frustrating, all tests are saying Wi-Fi and broadband are all ok so does anyone know what's going on? Have done all the resets and re-pairing as suggested elsewhere but nothing is fixing it 😬

@Kimmy6319 is this your main Q box or a mini Q box ?

Hi, mostly the mini boxes, one worse than the other. Never had an issue before this week with the main box but that's started buffering now as well.
