Box not working. How do I get 2gb box?

My Sky Q box is freezing, I am not getting HD. None of apps are working properly. I have bought a new TV and not getting the quality I know the TV can do. It is randomly just switching off. The box is warm. Wondering if can get 2gb as then can get uhd too as paying for hd. Tried ringing , tried chat bot and no further forward paying money and not receiving full service. [tag removed]

@Sickboi16 Please be aware you're not tagging Sky in any way by using the tag you have.

Give Sky a call if your box is not UHD capable.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

And one other thing - you don't get UHD by paying for HD. Pretty sure it's on top.

Yup, you need HD and UHD subs.

Also, to 'upgrade' a box it will incur an admin fee, around £50-100 probably.

The 1TB model launched in late 2019 does UHD/HDR. There is no widely available current 2TB main Q box.
