    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got in touch this morning about not getting on to my Netflix.I was told the contract had ran out.He then set me up a new one.And informed me my payments.so what I do not understand is why when setting it up by the link I had to pay 15.99&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When paying via SKY the contract doesn't usually run out - it continues until cancelled - although it is possible that a discount may end&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you 'got in touch' with Netflix directly then they would charge their full list price, which is currently £15.99 for 'Premium'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To get the cheaper rate for being billed through Sky you'd need to talk to Sky, not Netflix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
