      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nope. its a brand new Q box as the old one froze, fan ran all the time and dumped my internet connection, (although of course the internet was fine)!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Its between sky and the activation. Just why &lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;[content removed]&lt;/EM&gt; &lt;/FONT&gt;have had to re load/sign in the Discovery etc just because I have a ndew box befuddles me. ALL my sign in details etc havent changed.&amp;nbsp; Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine was a brand new box as well, but the engineer who installed it forgot to run the software update. Person on phone explained it basically as sky box was built however long ago when software 16 was latest, it's been in a warehouse then come to my house and in that time there's been a few updates. Is yours running software version 23 then?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
