How to clear MR108 error when remote isn’t paired

Hi, I reset my sky q mini box as downloads were stuck on queued. When I turned everything back on the MR108 error message appeared but I can't clear it as the remote doesn't work, help! I've tried pressing 7&9 together etc but I can't get off of the MR108 screen. Have also tried turning everything on and off

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply but I managed to speak with an advisor yesterday who sorted the issue for me. Seems I had a faulty remote as it worked with another. Had to press 7&9 together to clear remote, then press 1&3 together. Turned everything on and off a few times and also reconnected mini box to main box by pressing the up and down arrows on front of both boxes for a few seconds each
