Hi,

my sky q box is working through the main box but the additional boxes in the house are faulty and will not work.

i have done a reset of boxes, wifi and nothing appears to be working. the box comes on but no channels are showing and the remote then doesnt work. something is faulty and requires an engineer. it's for my nana who is poorly with a terminal illness at home and requires the tv during the day to keep her sane.
