      <title>Viewing Card not paid</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a sky Engineer out to replace my Sky Q Box,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;He replaced the box,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and the old card won't pair in the new Sky Box,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there anyway when I call them tomorrow I can compensation for the days that I have been with out my Sky services&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try not responding when the automated call handler asks the reason for your call. You should eventually be put through to an adviser.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
