Mini boxes cannot connect to main sky q box

Over the last couple of weeks my set up has stopped working correctly. The main box is working as expected, all connected and healthy.

Every couple of days when I turn it on usually in the evening. The mini boxes (got 2) say that they cannot connect to the activation server. I follow the instructions. to reset including restarting the main sky Q box, wait then try to reconnect the minis they then say that they cannot find the man sky q box.

At this point I usually give up and do something else. In the morning I turn the tv on again and they are working again.

I would appreciate any help I really want this resolved.

Hi Thanks. I've not experienced the problem for a couple of days. If it does I will follow the advice I received. If it doesn't work I'll reopen the query.

Hi, in case this impacts anyone else. The issue did recoccur and I followed the instructions provided by the guru and everything was okay and reconnected however I'm in the process of switching broadband providers and have had two routers running simultaneously which seemed to be causing some conflicts. Since I turned the old one off I've had no further issues.
