There is no volume from my sky mini box which is still under warranty, I have swapped TVs and this did not resolve the issue

hi @John104

Please can I suggest you check that the setting in :

Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual

Digital audio output HDMI

is set to Normal

If it is, try toggling it to Dolby Digital then exit & then go back and set to Normal again

Hi @John104 The Mini box (also the Main box as well) does not have any volume control or in fact any sound output. The sound is from your TV or AV Amp.

Hi @John104 Your Mini box doesn't need a warranty because it has been loaned to you and Sky will support it, because they own it.
