&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you have your replacement box call Sky to discuss any redusction to bill.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also ensure you remove your viewing card from the old box as you'll need it for the new box, make sure you have the box ready to be collected by the courier when they deliver the new box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have only had this box just over a week and ordered a new one this morning as says no hard drive, we have reset twice now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are now paying for a service not receiving, we can't record, catch up doesn't work and we have lost our recordings again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i would like to see a reduction in our bill&lt;/P&gt;</description>
