My sky sports premier league is not working. It shows on my account but on the screen says I need to upgrade my package

@Rickyc1982 as you cannot contact Sky tonight You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet

Hi @Rickyc1982

Someone posted recently that they couldn't watch Premier league and said they subscribed. On checking they found out they were only subscribing to Sky Sp Football (Ch 403) and not the Premier league channel (Ch402)
