A “no satellite signal” message relates to your Sky box. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Just to make you aware, if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, not from TV but only when on BBC2 channel. I will follow instructions on your link. I am not wiping the recorded items again as I have donethis 3 times in the past, different sky boxes and lost everything but did not fix problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>
