Since yesterday error code when trying to watch discovery plus via sky q . All other apps work fine through sky q . And discovery works fine on other device . So once again its a sky q problem

I've experienced the same issue and found if you turn off the power to the Sky Q box and TV for 30 seconds, reboot both that sorts out the issue - this also applies when you have any DRM issues. The age old adgae for tech turn it off and restart often helps

I have been getting the same issue intermittently for the past week or so. Sometimes it works and others it doesn't.

@Mel1978 I dont know what else to suggest really, its only happened to me once and turning them off at the wall for a couple of minutes and then rebooting both of them cured the issue. The DRM issue has occured numerous times and doing the reboot cures tha issue as well.

Also have this issue two days in a row on Sky stream. Has hot two nights of football matches. Also get issues on Prime. Not great advert for Sky new tech.

This error must be at Discovery's end. It really is the worst app in history.

Did you mange to get this fixed at all? I am getting the same error every few minutes whilst trying to warch the football and to say it is annoying is an understatement!

Like everyone else turn everything off for a few minutes and log back in ..works for a couple of weeks .then repeat
