Mini q box keeps losing wifi connection

My mini q box upstairs has been losing Internet connection over the last 2 weeks. I have to keep rebooting it every day and re entering the details. Its losing the network and ip address (if that makes sense) Is there a way I can stop this from happening? The main box downstairs works perfectly fine

Hi @AnnM52 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?

@Alimae Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot your mini box
