&lt;P&gt;It may be slightly out of alignment which wouldn't be obvious.&amp;nbsp;If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been 3 weeks since I'm having issues with satellite signals, more than half of the channels are not working, and no my dish isn't blocked!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
