I cannot access some channels it requires a pin

I can't access some channels they require a pin. On email it said use last 4 digits of account number but that didn't work and also I am failing to connect to my wifi

PIN numbers are usually the last four digits of your viewing card, not your account number.

You do not need to take the Viewing card out to get the number - just navigate to :

Home - Settings - System Info
