upgraded to Disney+ through sky can’t sign in

Doesn't recognise my email address for the sign in. I have an email from sky saying I have the subscription. I created a password! But I can't sign in. Any ideas please?

Thank you, they handnt sent me the subscription email, I called and they sent me a link, but there is still a problem as when I logged in it said Disney plus account they can't deal with the problem right now. So I will try again later. Thanks again!
