Do you mean the first digit @JulieJevins .

Even if you don't use the correct digit it will still accept more than just one digit. Obviously will not accept the Four digits if incorrect.

You are not not trying to press select after each digit are you?

Yes, first digit when asked for pin number, pressed 2nd digit when moved to next box, wouldn't accept. Tried to reset pin as instructed by inputting last 4 digits of account from where bill is paid, accepted the 1st 3 digits then same as above! Very strange, never had this before and always used same pin 😡
