Sky Q Mini homepage stuck

I cannot connect to Sky on the mini box (main working fine). Have reset, switched off numerous times. Just stuck on this Home Screen, but cannot select any options. Remote is working, volume, on/off etc.

Only two cables plugged into box, the pink hdmi connecting to TV and the blue ended power. Should there be a wireless mini connector?

Hi @Bernie+Carraroe

The two cables are all that is needed. WiFi is built into all Q boxes.

Might be worth completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.

First make sure that the Home button on the remote is not stuck.

If all seems OK
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Resetting the remote worked! No need to set it up for volume etc mini box was stuck on homescreen after several reboots, arrows wouldn't move, this fixed it
