      <description>&lt;P&gt;Far too expensive for a start, a bit of heavy rain and the signal stopped on the channel I was watching -this happens a lot. broadband fibre drops out all the time and I'm a gamer so that sucks but when I use the app it says broadband is good. After 11years I will be canceling this week, had enough!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then it makes sense to address each separately: dish issues need a Sky installer booking to realign (unless it's a communal system) and broadband typically requires Openreach&amp;nbsp;investigation (apart from local WiFi issues)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
