Mini box problem

I am having problems with my SKY mini box .All programmes are unavailable. I have connection to my Main box and the mini box was fine when the engineer left two days ago . I now have a message on the tv connected to my mini box saying 'Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel' which I have but there is nothing to say what i do next . This message appears on every channel. Can anyone advise please ?

The problem was with my mini box which Sky are replacing.
