After the national outage the sky Q Box is the only thing I cant connect. Says to press and hold wps I've done this and it doesn't work. It's crazy I've got to ask on here because they don't answer their phones! Sky q mini isn't connecting either

@Kayleighxxx when you say you are pressing the WPS button you are going to your router and pressing the WPS button there ?

Hello. Yes I've done that MANY times. I'm not using any 3rd party devices no booster. This has happened once before and a lady on the phone had to talk me thru the connection and got me sorted out
