    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I had scaffolding put up in my building last 6 months, I didn’t have any sky signals, today the scaffolding was taken down, my sky tv came on but I can’t watch my recorded programs or record anything, keeps saying&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To use this service, you need to upgrade your subscription.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I don't understand why I need to upgrade as I am already paying for the service monthly £68 for sky tv, broadband and landline.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure if this was caused by the scaffolding&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else experienced this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try refreshing your Viewing card.&lt;BR /&gt;Home - Settings - System info.&lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.&lt;BR /&gt;Then select Use this option to trigger a callback&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No call is actually made but the Viewing card should be refreshed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
