Account stating 'You dont have and active Sky TV account' No Signal.

Hi,

Organised a tv, broadband and Landline account a few months ago when purchasing a house.

I have gone to turn the TV on and im getting no signal.

I have paired the card and followed the reset procedure.

Nothing works.

I have then gone on book an engineer and it wont let me as it states ive no active tv account.

Any ideas?

Before moving to your current address were you previously a Sky customer who cancelled with them before signing up as a new customer ?
