    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky Q box is slow moving between channels. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I can't access my resordings and the mini box can't connect, saying no satelite signal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can no longer access my recordings or record a tv programme.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have rebooted my Sky Q box several times, plus the mini.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have rebooted my router, although my internet access has been fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feels that there is a fault in the Sky Q box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Looks like you may have a Hard drive issue.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Over the last couple of days my sky q box is running slow and the on screen menu is blacked out. It keeps freezing and doesn't allow changing channels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have conducted a complete reset of the system but this hasn't worked&lt;/P&gt;</description>
