Sky Q Box Freezing

Hi,

Our Sky Q box is freezing when watching live tv.
We have followed advice from online, reset the box, checked for updates etc.

Now the box struggles to connect to the mini box, and that cuts out (but doesnt freeze) the Main box still freezes.

Nothing has solved the issues so far, and unfortunately only made it worse.

Broadband is fine, have turned off at the plug daily to check if this helps and sadly it doesn't.

Anyone had similar probelms, with a remedy i havent tried yet?
